You might be aware that Little Rock’s BSR Real Estate Investment Trust sold $130 million worth of apartments last month. We have some specifics on two of those properties, both in North Little Rock.
- Overbrook Apartments, a 440-unit complex at 5901 JFK Blvd., was sold for $40 million.
- Indian Hills Apartments, a 175-unit complex at 2011 Aztec Drive, was sold for $15 million.
The buyers of both were affiliates of RREAF Holdings of Dallas.
►Greenway Equipment Inc., led by Marshall Stewart, invested $2.6 million in Sherwood property.
The John Deere franchisee bought the 29,750-SF Painted Tree warehouse showroom at 8550 Landers Road in Sherwood for more than $1.9 million from Cross Street Service Inc., led by Don Salmon.
Greenway also acquired an adjoining 2-acre parcel for $650,000 from AFF-A Real Estate, led by Rick and J.D. Ashley Jr. and Robert and Rosemary Fenton.
► Out in west Little Rock, John and Kimberly Hartsfield sold their 5,675-SF home in Pleasant Valley to the Julie Kay Pitts Revocable Trust for $1.3 million.
