
James Arbuckle
Engineering/architecture firm Halff Associates Inc. on Thursday announced the opening of its Little Rock office at 10411 W. Markham St., Suite 320.
James Arbuckle, who has 30 years of experience in the engineering industry, has been named the vice president and operations manager of the new office. The team there also includes Sally Horsey, Mark Rickett and Brian Vines.
He most recently served for three years as a program manager stationed in Austin, overseeing some of the largest transportation projects in Texas. Before that, Arbuckle worked for 20 years in Little Rock as the Arkansas operations manage for an international firm.
He is an alumnus of Leadership Greater Little Rock and a past president of both the Little Rock Engineer’s Club and West Little Rock Rotary.
Arbuckle earned his bachelor’s of science degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University and holds a bachelor’s of arts degree in Biblical Studies from Abilene Christian University. He is a registered professional engineer in six states.
