► Skybridge Hospitality LLC, led by Pritesh Patel, bought the 75-room Hampton Inn at 810 Museum Road in Conway for more than $2.5 million.

Seller: Anand Inc., led by Nayan Nagin.

► Gayatri Enterprises Inc., led by Tejas Patel, sold the 37-room Days Inn at 7200 Bicentennial Road near the Morgan-Maumelle exit off Interstate 40 for more than $1.1 million.

Buyer? Tirupati Balaji LLC, led by N.K. Patel.

► Sunnyside Development LLC of Salem, Oregon, purchased the 3,500-SF Aspen Dental project at 2302 N. Reynolds Road in Bryant for more than $1.6 million.

Seller? Alice Flynn 2005 Living Trust of Aptos, California.

► PB General Holdings (Conway 365) LLC, led by Leonard Boen, sold the 9,515-SF Dollar General Store at 238 Hwy. 365S on the southern edge of Conway for $1.1 million.

Buyers: the Avilla Family Trust, led by Daniel and Colleen Avilla; and the Chad Avilla Trust of Prescott, Arizona.

► Cousin’s Office Furniture Inc., led by James Robertson, acquired the 64,109-SF project at 609 W. Sixth St. in Conway for $1 million. Seller: J&R Office Furniture Inc., led by Jerry Hansen.
