

Christopher Handley has been promoted to principal of Terracon Consultants Inc. of Bryant. Handley will be responsible for the geotechnical engineering and materials testing operations in Arkansas.
Handley has 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing in Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas.

Brent Clark, Rickie McPherson, Keith Turner, Cory Garrett, Jason Hood, Kerry Beaty and Chad Butler have all received promotions from Conway Corp.
Clark has been promoted to senior plant operator. McPherson has been promoted to senior plant maintenance worker.
Turner, Garrett, Hood, Beaty and Butler have been promoted to senior utility worker.
Larry Glass, Cassie Smytha and Andy Williams have joined the team of scientists at CTEH of North Little Rock.
Glass has experience in chemical product stewardship, including regulatory toxicology, epidemiology, risk assessment and risk management.
Smytha is an environmental scientist who has experience mitigating and managing every level of emergency response. Smytha’s focus is on rapid response, air monitoring, environmental sampling, data quality control, bio-screening, project management and, most recently, COVID-19 services.
Williams has 25 years of experience in the insurance restoration industry and specializes in commercial large-loss mitigation projects.
