Lewis Curtis has been appointed executive chef of Harding University’s dining program.
He has more than 14 years of experience.
Lewis has worked with Fairchild and Little Rock Air Force Bases and as a private chef. He apprenticed under Paul Prudhomme, Gordon Ramsey and Thomas Keller.
In addition, Lewis has appeared on Food Network, international TV with Gordon Ramsey and has been featured on a number of local TV stations.
He was trained through The Art Institute of Dallas and the Arkansas Culinary School of Apprentice.
