Jessica Harper has joined FNBC Bank in Ash Flat as vice president of treasury management services, a newly formed division for the $540 million commercial lending bank.
In this new role, Harper will lead the design, development, implementation and execution of FNBC Bank’s treasury management services program.
Harper brings more than 14 years of banking experience to the new position, with a background in business services and strategy and in sales and marketing.
Dante Kellerman has been promoted to senior talent adviser in HoganTaylor’s human resources department in Little Rock.
Kellerman has more than five years of experience in the human resources industry. She joined the firm’s Little Rock office in 2018 as a result of the firm’s merger with JPMS Cox PLLC, where she served as human resources and finance assistant.
