Bob Arthur, Sarah Hopper and Sarah Thacker have been promoted to director positions at Harps Food Stores Inc. of Springdale, effective Aug. 31.
Arthur, who joined Harps in 2017, was named director of training and leader development.
Hopper, who joined the grocery chain in 2003, is the new director of real estate.
Thacker is the new director of advertising and communications, having progressed from grocery manager to store manager and then advertising manager.
