

Lee Hastings IV has been hired as senior associate at Flake & Co. in Little Rock. In his new position, Hastings will be responsible for his personal clients as well as industrial, warehousing and banking real estate.
“Flake & Co. is absolutely thrilled that Lee Hastings IV has joined our team,” Jessica Flake Dearnley, CEO at Flake & Co., said in a press release. “With Lee’s extensive experience and relationships in the distribution center, warehousing and banking segments of real estate, he will help focus and grow those areas of our client portfolio. Hastings spent six years working at Flake & Kelley Commercial in Little Rock as a commercial real estate agent. Some of his past deals include transactions with Sherwin-Williams, Family Dollar, Verizon Wireless, Carrier Corp., the Clinton Foundation, Entergy and various banks in the Little Rock area.
Hastings also serves as a chairman of the Council for Leadership Development of the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America. Flake & Co. is a commercial real estate company that has dedicated itself to commercial investment since 1932.
Hastings earned his B.S. in business administration from Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.

Busbey is a partner at BVJ Wealth Management in Little Rock and has worked as a financial adviser since 1985. Busbey has also been involved in several world mission outreach efforts and served on several teams in Brazil and Peru.

The Progress 2020 contest recognizes companies all around the globe. Rhea Lana’s has 100 locations in 22 states and uses Team SI of Little Rock as a marketing tool for its website.
