Debbie Creek has been appointed vice president of finance of Harps Food Stores Inc. of Springdale. She has been with the grocery company since 2006. John Taylor, who has been with the company since 2001, has been appointed vice president of information systems.
Derek Ottesen has been hired as solution owner at Mainstream Technologies of Little Rock. He previously was scrum master at AGI Digital.

Adam Effrein has been named Entergy Arkansas’ vice president of reliability, succeeding Michael Considine, who assumed the role of vice president of power delivery operations earlier this year. Effrein was most recently director of distribution reliability. He has worked for Entergy Arkansas since 2006.
