Cafe@Heifer will have a new name soon.
Leslie Case of Little Rock’s Sauce(d) Bar & Oven will be taking over the Cafe@Heifer, once it opens post-pandemic, though there’s no timeline yet.
It will have a new name as well: Contigo.
The restaurant was previously operated by Aramark.
The Cafe@Heifer, inside the Heifer Village at Heifer International’s headquarters near the Clinton Library downtown, features locally grown food, and Case said Contigo will continue that tradition, though there will be a new menu.
Case’s husband, Kevin, is a partner in Samantha’s Tap Room & Wood Grill (See this week’s Restaurants column). The Cases also have Just in Case Catering.
