► Professional Property Co. LLC Profit Sharing Plan, led by Sam Winstead, sold a 4.86-acre parcel at  Col. Glenn and Shackleford roads in west Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.

Buyer: HEB Land Co. LLC, led by Hunter Bale.

► Super Properties III LLC, led by John Hugg and Robert Hall, purchased a 17.7-acre tract near the Little Rock Port Industrial Park at the east end of East Port Drive for $1.2 million.
