HFA Announces New Leadership as Longtime CEO Steps Down

Harrison French is stepping down from his long-held title, CEO of architectural and engineering firm HFA in Bentonville.

During a ceremony on April 17, he announced to his staff of more than 230 that he is handing over the reins to Dave Wilgus, principal and vice president of architecture, effective May 1.

Harrison will hold the title of chairman of the board.

In addition, Principal and Vice President of Engineering Ryan Ray has been named COO, also effective May 1.

Principal and President Larry Lott will become the firm’s chief innovations officer. Vice Presidents Chris Horton and Lou Allevato will continue to serve on HFA’s board of directors.
