Hicks Moves Ahead at Blue Cross Blue Shield (Movers & Shakers)

Delena Hicks has been promoted to director of corporate compliance at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Hicks will collaborate with leadership throughout the company to define and implement the company’s compliance strategy.
