Hideaway Serves Up $3.2M Transaction (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 6,705-SF pizzeria in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $3.23 million.

Hideaway Properties LLC, an affiliate of Tulsa’s Hideaway Pizza, purchased the location of the company’s first Arkansas restaurant at 5103 Warden Road.

The seller is Patmurphy Properties LLC of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

The 1.3-acre site was bought for $1.47 million in December 2015 from NLR Palio Partners II LLC of Dallas.

Dollar Deal
A 9,034-SF Dollar General in Little Rock weighed in at $1.25 million.

J&P Associates of New York acquired the 3124 W. Roosevelt Road store from PB General Holdings (Roosevelt) LLC, led by Leonard Boen.

The deal is funded with an $820,000 loan from First Neighbor Bank of Toledo, Illinois.

The 1.36-acre development previously was tied to an April 2015 mortgage of $776,250 held by Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

The land was purchased for $175,000 in June 2011 from Young Ki-Kim and Ki Suk Kim and Grace Young Kim and her husband, Kenneth.

Beauty Buy
A 4,000-SF day care center in North Little Rock changed hands in a $290,000 deal.

Hevron Beauty & Fashion Inc., led by Sammy Chung, bought Mama Myrtle’s Childcare at 4609 Camp Robinson Road. The seller is Mark Properties LLC, led by Mark and Laura McElrath.

The deal is financed with a three-year loan of $232,000 from Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock.

The 1.1-acre development previously was linked with a May 2011 mortgage of $200,000 held by Centennial Bank of Conway.

Mark Properties acquired the property more than six years ago as part of a $195,000 deal with B&M Industries Inc., led by Diane Wittig.

College Purchase
A 4,935-SF commercial building in downtown Little Rock rang up a $220,000 sale. Willard Proctor Jr. PA purchased the Arkansas College of Barbering at 2500 S. State St. from Lephiew Gin Co., led by Lephiew Dennington.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $320,000 from Simmons Bank.

The 0.48-acre development was bought at a $190,072 foreclosure sale in March 2016. The previous owner was Dennis Food Group LLC, led by David Dennis.

Retail Sale
A 7,000-SF retail project in Little Rock is under new ownership after a $220,000 transaction.

KKMD LLC, led by Kent Emswiller, acquired the 4600 12th St. project from Sok Heyaime.

The 0.48-acre development previously was tied to a May 2010 mortgage of $300,000 held by Wilshire State Bank of Los Angeles.

The property was purchased for $185,000 in October 1999 from Billy Treadway.

Office Land
A future office site in west Little Rock sold for $209,000.

Lot 8 Executive LLC, led by Manly Roberts, bought the 1.21-acre parcel near the northeast corner of Executive Center Drive and Executive Center Court.

The seller is Westrock Partnership, led by Robert Vogel, Chester Phillips and Gus Blass III.

Construction is funded with a one-year loan of nearly $1.8 million from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

The land is part of 89 acres purchased in June 1995 for $2.63 million.

Westrock acquired the property from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., as receiver for First State Bank of Abilene, Texas.

Sologne Manor
A 5,125-SF home in the Sologne Circle neighborhood of west Little Rock’s Chenal Valley development drew a $923,556 transaction.

Krishnappa Prasad and Thejovathi Edala purchased the house from the Susan Cobb Underwood Living Trust.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $709,200 held by Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The property was bought for $400,000 in December 2009 from Tice Residential Properties Ltd., led by James and Margarette Tice.

Condo Acquisition
A 2,379-SF high-rise condo in downtown Little Rock changed hands in a $780,000 deal.

Katherine Mauldin and Stanley Browning acquired the ninth-floor residence in the River Market Tower at 315 Rock St. from Bradford Square Arkansas LLC, led by Mark and Kimberly Dake.

The condo was purchased for $743,000 in July 2016 from the Bradley & Katherine Workman Joint Revocable Trust.

Hillcrest Home
A 4,632-SF home in Little Rock’s Hillcrest neighborhood rang up a $740,000 sale. David and Nancy Davis bought the house from South Lookout Ltd., led by Donald Pfeifer.

The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $592,000 from IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana. The residence previously was linked with a September 2014 mortgage of $300,000 held by Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The property was acquired for $38,000 in November 1961 from Tom and Jewell Paisley.

Estates Residence
A 3,353-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Somersett Estates neighborhood sold for $615,000. Keith and Lindsey Collins purchased the 5-acre spread from Todd and Charlotte Greer.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $424,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp. The residence previous-ly was tied to a September 2016 mortgage of $417,000 held by Pentagon Federal Credit Union of Alexandria, Virginia.

The Greers bought the property for $418,000 in August 2011 from Todd and Simone Smith.

Kingwood House
A 3,263-SF home in Little Rock’s Kingwood Place neighborhood drew a $585,000 transaction.

The Williams-Eubank Family Trust, led by Alfred Williams and Betsy Eubank, acquired the house from Gary Roach Sr.

The property was purchased for $160,000 in September 1992 from Eugene and Alice Nahley.
