An eight-unit apartment building in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock weighed in at $1.4 million.

4611 Woodlawn Properties LLC, led by Rush Deacon, and Equity IRA LLC, led by John Deacon, bought its namesake address.

The seller is Sleepy Chiwawas LLC, led by John Cheairs.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $750,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

Sleepy Chiwawas purchased the 0.18-acre development for $910,000 in August 2016 from James Smith.

Multifamily Sale

A 16-unit apartment building in west Little Rock changed hands in a $915,000 deal.

Lydia Lane LLC, led by Arek Boynerian, acquired the 11311 Mara Lynn Road project.

The seller is JDP Holdco LLC, led by Zachary Lawson.

The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $777,750 from Southern Bank of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and a five-year mortgage of $100,000 held by JPP Holdco.

The 0.68-acre development was bought for $475,000 in November 2021 from Alpha Partnership, led by Dwight Blissard.

Dental Purchase

A 2,520-SF office building in west Little Rock rang up a $775,000 sale.

Dr. Z Properties LLC, led by Jahon Zehtaban, purchased the Chenal Dentistry project at 16524 Chenal Parkway.

The seller is Wyant Properties LLC, led by Lee Wyant.

The deal is financed with a three-year loan of $620,000 from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

Wyant Properties acquired the 0.85-acre site for $185,000 in July 2001 from Riverside Properties LLC, led by Lisenne Rockefeller.

Park Property

A 7.54-acre trailer park in North Little Rock drew a $750,000 transaction.

North Rock Estates LLC of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, bought the 5030 E. Broadway project from Warren Remodeling LLC, led by Tait Arnold.

The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $690,000 from First Community Bank of Batesville.

Warren Remodeling purchased the property for $495,000 in January 2009 from Asher Carwash LLC, led by Jon Luer and David Bounds.

Branch Buy

A 2,892-SF bank branch in the Indian Hills neighborhood of North Little Rock sold for $650,000.

7B Partners II NLR LLC, led by Jeffrey Kemp, acquired the 7001 JFK Blvd. project  from U.S. Bank of Cincinnati.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $880,000 from First State Bank of Russellville.

U.S. Bank’s predecessor, North Little Rock’s Mercantile Bank of Arkansas, bought the 0.74-acre development for $540,000 in November 1997.

The seller is the Terence E. Renaud Revocable Trust.

Shadowlawn Abode

A 3,177-SF home in Little Rock’s Shadowlawn neighborhood tipped the scales at $1 million.

Merritt and Lauren Dake purchased the house from Thomas and Laura Keller. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $900,000 from OakStar Bank of Springfield, Missouri.

The Kellers acquired the residence for $745,000 in 2017 from Byron and Bren Wilkes.

Rural Residence

A 17-acre residential spread in west Pulaski County is under new ownership after a $950,000 sale.

The Janis & Jim Terry Family Trust bought the property, which includes a 3,144-SF house and a 1,239-SF house from the Gordon & Lisa Gondek Revocable Trust.

The deal is backed with a 15-year loan of $712,500 from Encore Bank of Little Rock.

The Gondeks purchased the land in April 1993 as part of a $135,000 deal with Wanda Cottrell and Mary Lee Hart.

Bear Den Estates

A 3,607-SF home in west Little Rock’s Bear Den Estates neighborhood changed hands in an $829,000 deal.

Steven and Jenifer McBride acquired the house from Hartness Construction Co., led by Brenda Hartness. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $229,000 from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.

Hartness Construction bought the 0.42-acre site for $113,000 in June 2022 from Bear Den Development Co. LLC, led by Drew Holbert.

Waterview Meadows

A 4,007-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Waterview Meadows neighborhood rang up a $700,000 sale.

Adam and Hayden Norwood purchased the house from Bradley and Julie Wood. The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $706,075 from Encore Bank.

The Woods acquired the residence for $529,173 in February 2015 from WVM Construction LLC, led by Bill Parkinson.
