Hillview Village Sale Closes at $4.3M (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 56-unit apartment complex in North Little Rock weighed in at $4.3 million.

Hillview Village of North Little Rock LLC, led by Darrell Robinson, sold its namesake project at 2540 W. Pershing Blvd. The buyer is 2540 Pershing Blvd LLC, led by Albert Mendelsohn and Arek Boynerian.

The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $3.2 million from First Service Bank of Greenbrier.

The 5.42-acre development was purchased for $3 million in August 2018 from Hillview Village Ltd.

JKO Purchase

A 30,004-SF retail project in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.5 million.

JKO Properties LLC, led by Marshall Schuster Jr., acquired the American Freight Appliance Furniture Mattress property at 280 S. Shackleford Road. The seller is McRae Mortgage & Investment LLC, led by Ken McRae IV.

The deal is financed with a three-month loan of $2.1 million from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

McRae Mortgage & Investment bought the 1.59-acre development for $747,000 in September 1995 from Life Investors Insurance Co. of America of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Office-Warehouse Buy

A 16,176-SF office-warehouse in North Little Rock changed hands in a $1 million deal.

JEA Investments LLLP, led by John Edward Allen IV, purchased the 2000 Washington Ave. project from Pittsburgh’s Wesco Real Estate III LLC.

The 2.35-acre development was acquired for $744,000 in March 1997 from Diversified Electrical Supply Co., led by Charles Brown.

Southwest Acquisition

Adjoining office projects in southwest Little Rock drew a $937,500 transaction.

Atlas Ventures LLC, led by Faheem Saleem, bought the 13,376-SF Southwest Plaza at 6917 Geyer Springs Road and 1,728-SF 6911 Geyer Springs Road project.

The seller is 6917 Geyer Spring Road LLC, led by Justin Muller. The deal is backed with a two-year loan of $703,125 from Simmons Bank.

The combined 1.51-acre development was purchased for $615,000 in October 2008 from Wetsu Investments LLC, led by Charles Wade.

Multifamily Sale

An eight-unit apartment property in downtown Little Rock rang up a $870,000 sale.

LITOB LLC, led by Thomas DeGraff III, acquired the 922-924 Cumberland St. project from Saxion Enterprises LLC, led by Zachary Saxion.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $731,353 from Citizens Bank of Batesville. Saxion Enterprises bought the 0.32-acre development in July 2022 from Phillips Apartments LLC, led by Lon and Lynn Akerberg, Patsie Johnson and Larry Olsen, as part of a $1.6 million deal.

Abington Court

A 4,448-SF home in west Little Rock’s Abington Court neighborhood weighed in at $1.05 million.

Griffin Defio Revocable Trust, led by Ronald Kuhn and Susan Coleman, purchased the house from Jim Pace Homes LLC.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $1 million from Cadence Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

The homebuilder acquired the 0.35-acre site for $153,000 in March 2024 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Cammack Woods

A 3,242-SF home in the Cammack Woods neighborhood sold for $875,000.

Cory and Madison Howe bought the house from Paul and Shana Chaplin. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $737,000 from Chambers Bank of Danville.

The Chaplins purchased the teardown property for $225,000 in April 2024 from Cammack Woods LLC, led by the Stuart Holcomb Revocable Trust.

Kingwood Place

A 3,966-SF home in Little Rock’s Kingwood Place neighborhood is under new ownership after a $725,000 transaction.

Jairl Moss III and his wife, JoAnn, acquired the house from Gregory and Susan Griffeth. The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $734,483 from First National Bank of Paragould.

Gregory Griffeth bought the residence for $415,000 in July 2021 from the Marilyn B. Weinstein Trust.

Villages of Wellington

A 4,437-SF home in west Little Rock’s Villages of Wellington neighborhood changed hands in a $650,000 deal.

Bilquis and Imtiaz Khot purchased the house from Chaitanya Musham and Archana Jarathi.

Musham and Jarathi bought the property for $480,000 in December 2013 from Christopher and Shacuna Jones.

The Joneses acquired the residence for $431,000 in November 2011 from Integrity Properties LLC, led by Mark Leverett, Rosalyn Watts and Alvin Rogers.

Taco Buy

Fayetteville’s K-Mac Enterprises Inc. sold its Taco Bell at 8819 Baseline Road in southwest Little Rock for $2.08 million in a sale-leaseback deal with KKS Properties LLC of Huntington Beach, California.

K-Mac bought the 0.97-acre site for $600,000 in September 2024 from Qassas Holdings LLC, led by Mohammed Qassas.
