An apartment complex, hotel site and a home each generated million-dollar transactions in Little Rock.
• N-Vest LLC, led by Anthony Brooks, acquired the 156-unit Woodbridge Apartments project at 1600 John Barrow Road for $2.1 million.

• Shackleford Crossing Properties LLC, led by Jack Grundfest, purchased a 1.7-acre hotel site on Shackleford Road for $1.09 million (about $14.70 per SF).
We’re told the west Little Rock property at the southern-most entryway to the Shackleford Crossings project will be developed as a Home2 Suites by Hilton, a new extended-stay brand and a first in Arkansas.
Who sold the location? Shackleford Crossings Investors LLC of Dallas.
• Blake and Becky Price purchased a 6,050-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood from Philip and Gina Tappan.
