► HMS Mfg. Co. LLC of Troy, Michigan, sold its 562,600-SF plastic home organization products plant at 6901 Lindsey Road in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park for $35.48 million in a sale-leaseback deal with FNLR Pinafore LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Fortress Investment Group.
► Oak Street Valero LLC, led by Donnie Miller, sold the 2,322-SF Shell convenience store at 3300 Bankhead Drive for $3.5 million.
Buyer: SIKH4 LLC, led by Rajbir, Gurpreet and Ravinderpal Singh.
► Skidmore Ltd. of Oregon City, Oregon, bought the 3,530-SF Healthcare Express at 1554 Country Club Road in Sherwood for more than $2.2 million.
Seller: HCE Land LLC, led by Roy Dixon and Andrew Griffin.
► HC Enterprises LLC, led by Steven Huffstutlar, sold the 40,768-SF Time Striping complex at 500-502 Dixon Road in south Pulaski County for $1.9 million.
