A 257,440-SF warehouse in Hot Springs recently sold for $5 million, Colliers Arkansas announced in a news release.
The buyer of the property at 153 Extrusion Place was S&M Investors LLC, led by Justin Muller. The organization was represented in the deal by Drew Holbert of Colliers.
The seller was AAR Component Services, represented by Brian Gehrki of Colliers.
The facility on nearly 22 acres is located at the Garland County Industrial Park. It features 17 overhead doors with rail access available.
The property is currently 60% leased to Radius Aerospace.
