Infiniti, Walgreens Locations Lead Off Recent Million-Dollar Deals

Our offerings are varied in this edition of million-dollar transactions: An auto dealership, a Walgreens, an office-warehouse, a neighborhood retail center, a parking lot and a big home.

• Everett Infiniti Land Co. LLC, led by Chad Hendrix, purchased the 2.82-acre Infiniti dealership at 15 Col. Glenn Plaza Drive in west Little Rock for $6.4 million.

Seller: Security Holdings Inc., an affiliate of Fenton Motors of Tyler, Texas.

• ARCP WG Little Rock Bowman AR LLC, an affiliate of American Realty Capital Properties Inc. of New York, bought the pharmacy store at 111 N. Bowman Road in west Little Rock from Walgreen Co. of Deerfield, Illinois.

Checkout price: $5.9 million.

• ARCP ID North Little Rock AR LLC, another affiliate of American Realty Capital Properties, acquired the 25,000-SF SCP Distributors facility at 7610 Northshore Place in North Little Rock for nearly $2.3 million.

Seller? John Hayes III and his wife, Amber.

• Boyle Realty Co., led by Joel Ledbetter, purchased the 11,910-SF Cypress Crossing project at 11100 U.S. 165 in North Little Rock for more than $1.6 million.

The property was sold by Cypress Village LLC, led by Rustin Glover and David Dunn.

• Texarkana Newspapers Inc., an affiliate of Walter Hussman’s Wehco Media, bought a 0.74-acre parking lot on the north side of East Capitol Avenue between Scott and Cumberland streets in downtown Little Rock for $1.5 million. Sold by the estate of Mary Alice Butler Calcote.

• Chad and Kelly Baker ac-quired a 6,690-SF house in west Little Rock’s Hickory Hills neighborhood for $1.2 million.

Former home owner: Beatrice Chapman.
