Inuvo Inc. of Little Rock (NYSE American: INUV) Tuesday reported preliminary unaudited revenue results for the fourth quarter of 2024.

The marketing technology provider is projecting revenue of approximately $26 million for the quarter, a 26% increase from the $20.8 million reported in the fourth quarter of 2023.

A press release from Inuvo said the growth would set a new record as the highest quarterly revenue in the company’s history.

“As discussed during our third quarter conference call, we anticipated a double digit increase in fourth quarter revenue as well as a near breakeven adjusted EBITDA for the quarter,” Richard Howe, CEO of Inuvo, said in the release. “While the audit of our results has not yet been completed, we believe the optimism we expressed in November was well-founded.”

The reported earnings are preliminary and have been prepared internally by Inuvo. The company’s official earnings call is set to take place Feb. 27.

Inuvo bills its IntentKey technology as the first large-language generative artificial intelligence solution able to identify and target ad audiences without tracking or using consumer cookies.

Shares of the company were trading at at 48 cents Tuesday morning, down 15% year to date.
