This week’s sampling of million-dollar real estate & construction transactions starts with a group of homes in west Little Rock.

► BSFR II Owner III LLC of Charleston, South Carolina, paid $4.4 million for 15 houses in the LaMarche Village project of west Little Rock.

Seller: Forward Properties LLC, led by Andrew Adkins.

► Bushwacker Investments LLC, led by Susan and Brian Perry and Brian Swiggins, bought the 26,326-SF Beach Abstract Building and 15,000-SF parking deck at 100 Center St. for $3.5 million.

► Capital View Apartments LLC, led by Matthew Owens, sold its namesake 18-unit project at 1214 W. Sixth St. in downtown Little Rock for more than $2.8 million. Buyer: the Jonathan R. Will Exempt Trust of Torrance, California.

► Pittman Moore acquired a 4,501-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood from Chris Maris Custom Homes & Remodeling LLC for more than $1.2 million.

► Shelly & Babli LLC, led by Baljitt Multani, sold the 2,550-SF Cork & Bottle Liquor store at 8507 W. Markham St. in west Little Rock for $1 million.
