iProv Hires New Creative Director & Technology Director (Movers & Shakers)

Vince Palermo has been hired as the creative director at iProv LLC in Little Rock. Palermo has more than 15 years of experience. In addition, Casey Jacuzzi has been hired as the technology director at iProv. 

Jane Madden has been promoted to the role of content producer at Ghidotti, a Little Rock public relations and content marketing agency. Madden, previously an account executive with the agency, will now lead digital content creation for Ghidotti clients.

Claire DeBusk has been promoted to assurance senior at HoganTaylor LLP in Little Rock. DeBusk joined the firm in 2022, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s of accountancy from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. In addition, Josh Brown has been promoted to tax senior at HoganTaylor. Brown joined the firm in 2021, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Evangel University. Nick Turner has been promoted to assurance senior in Little Rock. Turner joined the firm in 2022, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in accountancy from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Sophie Collins has been promoted to assurance senior in Fayetteville. Collins joined the firm in 2023, and holds both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in accountancy from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. T.J. Kennedy has been promoted to financial management services senior in Little Rock. Kennedy joined the firm in 2021, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Chad Evans has been named president of the Benton County market of Arvest Bank of Bentonville. He replaces Brad Crain, who was recently promoted to regional executive for enhanced banking services.

Gary Troutman, president and CEO of the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and Hot Springs Metro Partnership, has been elected president of the board of the Arkansas Economic Developers & Chamber Executives. Troutman has served on the membership, education and annual conference committees, previously chairing the former two, and he currently chairs the annual conference committee.
