J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. of Lowell announced Monday that chief operating officer Nick Hobbs will add president of highway and final mile services to his role, beginning Dec. 1.
Hobbs joined J.B. Hunt in 1984. As president of highway services, he will oversee J.B. Hunt’s integrated capacity solutions and truckload divisions.
Brad Hicks, the current president of highway services and executive vice president of people, will become president of dedicated contract services. Hicks joined J.B. Hunt in 1996, and previously served as EVP of dedicated contract services from 2017 to 2020.
David Keefauver will take over Hicks’ role as EVP of people. He joined the company in 1995 and is currently the EVP of dedicated contract services.
Both of those appointments also begin Dec. 1.
