J. Dalton Person has been promoted to partner at Jones Jackson Moll McGinnis & Stocks PLC in Fort Smith. Person previously was an associate.
He practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial transactions, business organizations, real estate and employment law.
Person joined the firm in 2017 after a one-year clerkship with U.S. District Judge P.K. Holmes III.
He is a current member of Arkansas Business’ 20 In Their 20s class.
Bryce Brewer, Jeff Priebe and Andrew Winters have joined the Rainwater Holt & Sexton litigation team in Little Rock.
Brewer, the current president of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, will focus his practice on injury victims.
Priebe, who served as an assistant attorney general under Attorneys General Mark Pryor and Mike Beebe, works on nursing home litigation.
Winters, a graduate of the Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, will work on personal injury cases.
Joseph R. Falasco of Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull PLLC in Little Rock has been appointed to the Arkansas Supreme Court’s Committee on Model Jury Instructions-Civil for a three-year term.
Falasco focuses his practice on real estate litigation, product liability, class actions and appeals.
