
Milrose Investors LLC of Monsey, New York, bought three apartment properties in Jacksonville from Tri Properties Jacksonville LLC of Lakewood, New Jersey, who had owned them for about two months.
A series of apartment sales in Jacksonville, a pair of apartment buys in Little Rock and a grocery store purchase in Bryant form this week’s six pack of million-dollar deals.
► Milrose Investors LLC of Monsey, New York, acquired the 92-unit Park Place project at 621 and 700 Poplar St. for nearly $3.4 million, the 56-unit Windgate Square project at 701 Poplar St. for almost $2.1 million, and the 46-unit Stone Village project at 300 S. Hospital Drive for more than $1.8 million.
The seller in all three transactions: Tri Properties Jacksonville LLC of Lakewood, New Jersey, who had bought the three properties on Jan. 30 for a combined $4.95 million. (See Real Deals.)
► LEIA2019 Properties LLC, led by Rick Ferguson, bought the 52-unit Pinnacle Rock Apartments at 1100 Fair Park Blvd. for nearly $2.7 million and the 24-unit Mabelvale Apartments at 7414 Mabelvale Pike and an adjoining 1.2-acre parcel for more than $1 million.
Sellers? Pinnacle Rock Apartments LLC, led by Ethan Schultz and Garrett Edwards; and Mabelvale Rose LLC, led by Schultz.
► Davcol Unlimited LLC, led by Roya Lloyd, sold the 82,308-SF Edwards Food Giant at 2203 N. Reynolds Road for $1 million.
