Jacksonville Apartments Add Up to $4.7M Sale (Real Deals)Lock Icon

Five multifamily properties in Jacksonville combined to tip the scales at $4.67 million.

Main Street Home LLC, led by E&L Webster Family Ltd. of Lakeside, California, purchased the 60-unit Swiss Village project at 1001 Quince Hill Road, 46-unit Cross Keys project at 306 J.P. Wright Road, 18-unit Oxford Apartments at 921 S. First St., 12-unit project at 803 S. Redmond Road and duplex at 801 S. Redmond Road.

The seller is KP Properties of Arkansas LLC, led by Kel Kenker and Paul Mead.

The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $2.7 million from ReadyCap Commercial LLC of Irving, Texas.

The 3.36-acre Swiss Village development was bought for $925,000 in December 2013 from Swiss Village Apart-ments LLC, led by Jim Peacock.

The 1.58-acre Cross Keys development, 0.48-acre Redmond development and 0.11-acre duplex development were acquired for $675,000 in September 2015 from Martino & Carrasquillo Invest-ments LLC, led by R.J. Martino.

The 2.55-acre Oxford development was bought for $360,000 in March 2018 from Oxford Inn Inc., led by James Kirkpatrick.

Legacy Apartments

A 32-unit apartment project in downtown Little Rock weighed in at $1.6 million.

The Jason Taylor Family Trust purchased Legacy Apartments at 1310-1312 Louisiana St. from SN Management LLC, led by Naoman Qureshi. The deal is funded with a four-year loan of $1.3 million from Bank OZK of Little Rock.

SN Management bought the 1.12-acre development for $1.6 million in May 2016 from Legacy Apartments Management LLC, led by Jason Bolden.

More Apartments

An eight-unit apartment complex in west Little Rock sold for $679,900.

Little Rock Crustacean Alpha LLC of Germantown, Tennessee, acquired the 1800 Labette Manor Drive project from Memphis CashFlow.

The deal is financed with a 20-year loan of $525,000 from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi. The 0.65-acre development was purchased in February 2020 for $346,000 from Superior Real Estate Solutions LLC, led by Al Franks.

Diamond Deal

A 4,990-SF liquor store in Sherwood drew a $575,000 transaction.

Ginny & Ayra Property LLC, led by Rahul Kumar, bought Diamond Liquor at 8200 Landers Road. The seller is Zeiler Real Estate, led by Ruth Stovall.

The deal is backed with a five-year funding agreement of $1 million from Anstaff Bank of Green Forest. The 2.65-acre property was acquired from the estate of Johanna Zeiler in a February 1991 transaction valued at $186,000.

Chenal Downs

A 4,499-SF home in west Little Rock’s Chenal Downs neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.1 million.

The Alis Aquilae Trust, led by C.S. and Angela Aduddell, purchased the house from David and Katherine Watts.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $880,000 from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

The Watts family bought the 5.5-acre location for $149,000 in August 2012 from Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado.

Hallen Court

A 4,800-SF home in the Hallen Court neighborhood of west Little Rock changed hands in a $976,800 deal.

Brent and Kristin Cameron acquired the house from Randy James Construction Co. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $976,800 from First Horizon Bank of Memphis.

The location was purchased from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC in December 2019 for $129,000.

Sologne Circle

A 4,985-SF home in the Sologne Circle neighborhood of west Little Rock rang up a $900,000 sale.

Zack Deymaz bought the house from Amanda Patterson. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $509,000 from Encore Bank of Little Rock.

Patterson acquired the residence for $900,000 in January 2017 from Kevin and Mary Handley.

Ensbury Place I

A 3,576-SF home in the Ensbury Place neighborhood of west Little Rock is under new ownership after an $855,000 transaction.

Richard and Lauren Wade purchased the house from Zack Deymaz.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $684,400 from the Bank of England.

Deymaz bought the site for $95,000 in June 2019 from WI Properties LLC, led by Todd Witham.

Ensbury Place II

A 4,138-SF home in the Ensbury Place neighborhood of west Little Rock sold for $755,000.

The Trust Me Revocable Trust, led by Ashley Jensen, acquired the house from Justin Garrison Jr. and his wife, Megan.

The Garrisons purchased the residence for $630,000 in October 2017 from The Dillon Group Inc., led by Janet Dillon.

Ensbury Place III

A 4,353-SF home in the Ensbury Place neighborhood of west Little Rock drew a $719,000 transaction.

Patrick and Cayce Jennings bought the house from Drew and Sydney Smith. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $719,000 from First Horizon Bank.

The Smiths acquired the residence for $668,400 in June 2020 from Liberty Construction LLC, led by Mark Shepard.

Hickory Pointe

A 3,842-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Pointe neighborhood changed hands in a $662,500 deal.

The Cynthia Gail Wilcox Revocable Trust purchased the house from Doug and Bobbie Beard. The Beards bought the residence for $579,000 in November 2012 from William and Virginia Cawthon.

Maumelle Heights

A 4,028-SF home in the Maumelle Heights neighborhood rang up a $655,000 sale.

Parke and Diane Adamson acquired the house from the McGrath Living Trust, led by Eugene and Linda McGrath.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $524,000 from Centennial Bank of Conway.

The McGraths purchased the location in Maumelle for $83,000 in May 2004 from Bob and Shannon Fewell.
