Jacksonville Best Western Sells for $3.2MLock Icon

A Best Western hotel and former farmland in east Little Rock start off this week’s roster of million-dollar deals and construction contracts.

► Shree Ganesh Arsh LLC, led by Nevil and Monika Patel, paid $3.2 million for the 65-room Best Western at 1600 John Harden Drive in Jacksonville. The seller is Shree Jai Jalaram Associates Inc., led by Animesh Patel.

► Blue Stem LR LLC, an affiliate of Bluestem Partners of Overland Park, Kansas, sold 27.8 acres in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park back to the city of Little Rock. The property is near the southeast corner of Zeuber and Fletcher roads.

► Pro Acres LLC, led by Paul Minton, purchased five townhomes at 50-54 Country Club Parkway in Maumelle for more than $1.4 million from Daryl Brock Custom Homes Inc.

► Laurie Morris sold her one-third stake in nearly 729 acres in east Pulaski County for more than $1.3 million to the Stracener Revocable Trust, led by David and Benita Stracener. Most of the farmland is at the southwest corner of Allison Loop and Arkansas Systems Drive.

► United Engines LLC of Houston, Texas, bought the 19,488-SF Jimmy Doyle Country Club at 11800 Maybelline Road from Ron Davis Property Management LLC for $1 million. United Engines then struck a $1 million sale-leaseback deal with Maybelline 40 Little Rock LLC of Houston, Texas.
