► L&J Catering Inc., led by J.D. Lipscomb, sold the 8,422-SF Envy night club at 7200 Col. Glenn Road in Little Rock for $1.7 million.

► HSD Properties LLC, led by Noel Muller, purchased the 30-unit Terrywood Manor project at 8711 and 8723 Baseline Road in southwest Little Rock for $1.2 million.
Seller? Pine Plaza Investments LLC, led by Rick Ferguson.
► Quiktrip Corp. of Tulsa sold a nearly 2-acre commercial site close to the southwest corner of Otter Creek Road and the Interstate 30 Frontage Road in Little Rock for a bit more than $1.1 million.
