A quartet of million-dollar real estate deals takes the stage this week.

► OM Shivam Inc., led by Divyesh Patel and Hitesh Patel, bought the 58-room Super 8 Motel at 1850 John Harden Drive in Jacksonville for more than $2.5 million.

Seller: Shree Ganesh Krupa Inc., led by Ramesh Patel.

► 3700 Avondale LLC, led by Marcus Barela, sold a 12,449-SF house in North Little Rock’s Park Hill neighborhood to Denisha Shepard for nearly $2.3 million.

► LR Properties AR 12 LLC, led by Ricardo Alvarez, purchased the 21-unit Cedar Hill Manor Apartments at 24 Oakwood Road in Little Rock for $1.2 million.

► James H. Price Inc. sold a 3,980-SF home in west Little Rock’s Mereville Place neighborhood to the Rodney A. Thomason Revocable Trust for more than $1 million.
