Citizens Bank of Batesville announced that James “Toddy” Pitard of El Dorado will join its board of directors.
Pitard is the owner of Murphy-Pitard Jewelers in El Dorado, Lauray’s the Diamond Center in Hot Springs and Goldstein’s Jewelers in Mobile, Alabama.
“Toddy’s extensive customer service and business leadership experience make him an excellent addition to our board,” Jeff Teague, chairman and CEO of Citizens Bank, said in a news release. “We are excited to welcome his expertise and eager to see the contributions and lasting impact he’ll have in this role.”
Pitard serves on the board of directors for the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, as treasurer and secretary of El Dorado Works Board and as chair of the El Dorado Civil Service Commission.
