Jason Allen Named Chief Commercial Officer at Arkansas Electric Cooperatives (Movers & Shakers)

Jason Allen (Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc.)

Jason Allen has been hired as chief commercial officer at Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc. of Little Rock. He will provide executive direction to the member-owned cooperative’s utility sales and services division.

Dustin Arnold and Ashley Ferguson have been promoted to systems analyst 2 in the technology division at Conway Corp. They previously served as systems analysts.

Kollin Derynck has been named vice president of power production at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corp. of Little Rock. He will direct the operation, maintenance and development of the cooperative’s generation facilities. He previously worked 15 years at MidAmerican Energy.

Brandon McNew, a network engineer at Conway Corp., has earned the Cisco SD-WAN operation and deployment certification.

Jim Tubbs has been promoted to accredited land consultant at Glaub Farm Management of Jonesboro. He previously was a consultant.

Natasha Bradford has been hired as a receptionist at AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock. She previously was an academic intervention specialist at Tennessee Charter Schools. Additionally, Paula Snow has been hired as a lending services specialist I. She previously was a loan specialist at Branson Bank.

Armor Bank has announced three appointments to its board of directors: Ryan Carwell, president of Poinsett Rice & Grain Inc. of Jonesboro; Cody Crawford, owner and founder of C.R. Crawford Construction of Fayetteville; and Mark Phillips, owner of Mark Phillips Construction of Rogers.

Mark Dillon has been hired as senior vice president of institutional sales at Crews & Associates of Little Rock. He has served as vice president of fixed-income sales for a variety of financial institutions. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services sector.
