Jason Allen has been hired as chief commercial officer at Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc. of Little Rock. He will provide executive direction to the member-owned cooperative’s utility sales and services division.

Brandon McNew, a network engineer at Conway Corp., has earned the Cisco SD-WAN operation and deployment certification.
