Jason Gober Named Business Development Officer for SBA Lending at FNBC Bank (Super Mover)

Jason Gober has been hired as a business development officer for the Small Business Administration Lending Division of FNBC Bank of Ash Flat. In this new role, he will be responsible for developing growth strategies that increase FNBC’s production of government-guaranteed SBA 7(a) loans, as well as actively prospecting and cultivating a network of strategic partnerships that generate new business opportunities for FNBC’s SBA Lending Division.

Gober brings more than a decade of banking experience to FNBC. From 2013 through 2016, he was a credit analyst at Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock. From 2017 through 2024, he worked in business development at the Fayetteville branch of the Arkansas Capital Corp. Group, where he gained extensive knowledge in SBA 7(a) and 504 lending programs. Gober spent the majority of his time at ACCG as a loan officer, where he honed his skills in underwriting and packaging SBA loans.

Gober has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and was a combat engineer with the Arkansas Army National Guard.
