Angela Wilcoxon has been promoted to senior vice president of enterprise risk management for Citizens Bank in Batesville. She has more than 17 years of banking experience and previously served as vice president and director of loan review for Citizens Bank. Wilcoxon will oversee a variety of banking operations, including the establishment of loan production offices in Fayetteville and Hot Springs in early 2015.
Janet Moore has joined Citizens Bank in Batesville as senior vice president of operations. She will lead account services and information technology. Moore has more than 30 years of banking experience and most recently served as executive vice president of treasury management with IberiaBank in Little Rock.
Lloyd Jones has been hired as vice president at Parkway Bank in Rogers. Jones has 28 years of banking experience.

Jay Swindle has joined Arkansas Lighthouse for the Blind as director of operations at the Little Rock manufacturing facility. Swindle will oversee all aspects of production and work with a team to design, build and implement the use of adaptive technology to make equipment usable for visually impaired employees. Previously, Swindle was a senior operations manager at L’Oreal USA.
