Angela Wilcoxon, Janet Moore Join Citizens Bank of Batesville (Movers & Shakers)

Craig Lair was awarded best tax litigation and controversy lawyer and recognized in the tax law, trust and estates litigation and trust and estates categories.

Angela Wilcoxon has been promoted to senior vice president of enterprise risk management for Citizens Bank in Batesville. She has more than 17 years of banking experience and previously served as vice president and director of loan review for Citizens Bank. Wilcoxon will oversee a variety of banking operations, including the establishment of loan production offices in Fayetteville and Hot Springs in early 2015. 

Janet Moore has joined Citizens Bank in Batesville as senior vice president of operations. She will lead account services and information technology. Moore has more than 30 years of banking experience and most recently served as executive vice president of treasury management with IberiaBank in Little Rock. 

Lloyd Jones has been hired as vice president at Parkway Bank in Rogers. Jones has 28 years of banking experience. 

Legal

Russell Marlin has joined Taylor King & Associates in Arkadelphia as managing attorney for litigation. Marlin previously worked as an associate attorney at Nahon Sahanovich & Trotz in Memphis, specializing in mass torts and personal injury. 

Dan Young, a tax practitioner with the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, has been elected a fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel. ACTEC is an organization of trust and estate lawyers who have been affirmed by their peers as making outstanding contributions in their practice. Young advises individuals in probate and trust administration, tax planning and incapacity planning.

Lair was awarded best tax litigation and controversy lawyer and recognized in the tax law, trust and estates litigation and trust and estates categories. Dickey was awarded best public finance lawyer and recognized in municipal law. Donovan was awarded best securities litigation lawyer and recognized in commercial litigation, banking and finance litigation and securities litigation. Charles W. Baker, Tim Boe, C. Brantly Buck, Bryant Cranford, Patrick J. Goss, Tom Hardin, Stephen N. Joiner and W. Wilson Jones of the Rose Law Firm were also recognized in The Best Lawyers in America rankings.  

Nonprofit

Jay Swindle has joined Arkansas Lighthouse for the Blind as director of operations at the Little Rock manufacturing facility. Swindle will oversee all aspects of production and work with a team to design, build and implement the use of adaptive technology to make equipment usable for visually impaired employees. Previously, Swindle was a senior operations manager at L’Oreal USA.

Linda Hobkirk is now the social media director for Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette in Rogers. Hobkirk will continue to serve as a full-time real estate associate.
