Looks like a Jiffy Trip convenience store is headed to Tontitown after a $1.275 million real estate deal.
Hammer Williams Co. of Enid, Oklahoma, bought a 2-acre tract in the 600 block of West Henri De Tonti Boulevard. Hammer Williams is led by CEO Kyle Williams and President Alex Williams, the father and son who operate the Jiffy Trip corporation.
Jiffy Trip has about 30 locations, predominantly in Oklahoma, but a Tontitown store would be the company’s fifth in Arkansas. The company was founded in 1972 by K.V. Williams (Kyle Williams’ father) and Larry Hammer.
The seller was Heaven Sent Properties LLC, led by Brian Smith, who acquired the property for $315,000 in 2024. Smith is the CEO of SmitCo Eateries, a restaurant franchisee group.
