John Brown University Adds Graduate Programs in Cybersecurity, Data Analytics

1 min read

John Brown University in Siloam Springs announced that it’s launching graduate programs in data analytics, marketing analytics and cybersecurity.

Each of the eight-week classes can be completed entirely online, the private four-year Christian university said in a news release. At completion, participants will have earned 18 graduate-level credit hours that can be applied toward a master’s degree.

Certificate programs can be completed in 6-12 months and cost about $11,000.

In the data analytics and marketing analytics programs, students will learn to analyze diverse business situations, examine complex problems and provide ethical, strategic leadership to organizations.

“We have seen an increase in demand for programs that allow people in the workforce to upskill in a shorter amount of time with highly relevant and high quality curriculum delivered by experienced faculty,” Brad Gatlin, dean of the university’s Soderquist College of Business, said in the release. “We are looking forward to working with lifelong learners as they learn to use data to provide ethical strategic leadership to their organizations.”
