Talk made the rounds among creditors of fallen North Little Rock businessman John Rogers that his foreclosed mansion nearly had a buyer.
The story was the unnamed buyer and Centennial Bank were less than $100,000 apart when negotiations broke down.
Listed at $1.7 million, the grand home includes an unusual pool amenity: a faux-rock water feature that pays homage to the grotto of Playboy Mansion fame.
At least that’s how several visitors described it.
On the subject of Rogers Manor and residential sales …
John’s ex-wife, Angelica, has started a career as a residential real estate agent with Coldwell Banker RPM.
The Little Rock firm has the listing for her former home, but she isn’t the listing agent.
