Patrick Courtois has been hired as the new sanitation director of Jonesboro. Courtois, a Jonesboro native, has worked for the past seven years at Arkansas Early Learning of Jonesboro in facilities and transport.

Jacob Keller, a telecom installer trainee, and Lane McNew and Matt Stephens, both telecom installer technicians 1, have earned their broadband premises installer certification.
Alex Bethea, a telecom construction technician 3, has earned his coaxial construction certification.
John Spotts, a telecom construction technician 5, has earned his optical fiber construction certification. These certifications are based on in-depth testing and continued professional development maintenance.
