Commercial real estate investment firm Marcus & Millichap of Calabasas, California, announced the sale of a 26,000-SF industrial facility in Jonesboro for $5,25 million.
The seller was Jonesboro Cycle and ATV. The buyer was not named in a news release announcing the transaction.
The building at 2800 Fair Park Blvd. is leased to building materials supplier SRS Distribution Inc. of McKinney, Texas, which was recently acquired by The Home Depot.
