► Efren and Aracely Montano, Efren Victor Montano and Karel Montano paid $11 million for The Shoppes at Hilltop in Jonesboro.
The 62,340-SF retail center at 3410 E. Johnson Ave. was sold by Quinn Family Ltd. II, led by Johanna Quinn, in a deal brokered by the Blackwell Team at Arkansas Elite Realty of Jonesboro.
► Mountain View’s Stone Bank sold five industrial properties in Little Rock for more than $1.4 million to a trio of limited liability companies from Bergenfield, New Jersey.
The buyers: Elm Street Industrial Property I LLC, a 30,360-SF office-warehouse at 3100 S. Elm St., a 39,488-SF office-warehouse complex at 3015 Lewis St. and a 4,800-SF warehouse at 3013 Lewis St.; Elm Street Industrial Property II LLC, a 27,952-SF office-warehouse at 3009 S. Elm St.; and Elm Street Industrial Property III LLC, a 33,660-SF office-warehouse at 3201 S. Elm St.
► Performance Door & Hardware Group LLC, led by Derek Alley, bought a 16,000-SF office-warehouse at 6717 Crystal Hill Road in North Little Rock for more than $1.2 million.
