Joseph Dean Takes EVP Seat at AGC Arkansas (Movers & Shakers)

Joseph Dean has been named executive vice president of AGC Arkansas in Little Rock. AGC is a voluntary trade association of general contracting firms and is the oldest and largest general contractors association in the state, having been founded in 1934.

“I could not be more excited to join AGC Arkansas,” Dean said in a statement. “My career has been spent developing and advancing the economy of our great state and I look forward to continuing those efforts at AGC Arkansas through the advocacy and promotion of the construction industry that is so vital to our economy.”

Dean was previously with Flake & Kelley Commercial. He was the vice president of economic development for the Little Rock Regional Chamber for over a decade and has also served as executive director of the Metro Little Rock Alliance. Dean is a recipient of the 2008 Arkansas Outstanding Economic Developer Award. He graduated from the University of Arkansas.


Adam Tullos has been hired as senior project manager in preconstruction for Kinco Constructors in Little Rock. Tullos graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has 11 years of construction experience.
