Joshua Dennis has been named a managing partner of the strategic and regulatory division of DD&F Consulting Group in Little Rock.
Dennis has been with DD&F since 2005 and holds a degree from Barret School of Banking in Tennessee.
Erika Morales-Higgins has been hired as mortgage loan originator for Arvest Bank’s Maumelle branch.
Morales-Higgins will serve the greater Little Rock and Maumelle area and previously worked as mortgage loan originator for Bank of England and Bank of Little Rock.
Daniel Oberste has been promoted to executive vice president and chief investment officer at BSR REIT in Little Rock.
He previously served as general counsel and chief investment officer at the privately held BSR Trust.
Brian Black has been promoted to general counsel at USAble Life, and John H. Moran has joined the Little Rock insurance carrier as chief financial officer.
Black, who has more than 20 years of legal experience, previously served for three years as a vice president and assistant general counsel.
Moran has more than 25 years of experience in finance and capital management, strategic planning and leadership. Most recently he led Swiss Re’s life insurance startup business, Life Capital Americas.
