JTS Names Michael Cole as CFO (Movers & Shakers)

Michael R. Cole has been hired as chief financial officer at JTS of Little Rock, an employee benefits and human resources consulting firm. He previously was general manager at LRockRX. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial and operational leadership.

John Householder, previously a certified examinations manager, has been promoted to assistant deputy commissioner of the Arkansas State Bank Department. Bradley “Brad” Chu, Jonathan Cook and Natalie Young have been hired as commercial examiners in the Little Rock office of the Bank Department. Aspen Madsen has joined the department as a member of its administrative support team, and David “Brent” Pilkington has been hired as an information systems examiner in the Little Rock office. John “Patrick” Saffold and Grant Staton have been hired as commercial examiners in the Jonesboro office. Krystal Smith, who previously served as an administrative specialist, has been promoted to administrative analyst.

Chris Harz has been hired as senior vice president of irrigation at Heritage Links of Little Rock, the golf course division of Lexicon Inc. Harz, who previously was a senior project manager for American Civic Constructors LLC, has more than 20 years of experience in the golf course and heavy civil construction industries.

Walter L. Washington Jr., an agent with United Real Estate Central Arkansas of Little Rock, has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation. 

Bret Carroll, CEO of Conway Corp., and Crystal Kemp, chief marketing officer, have been named Cablefax 100 honorees by Cablefax Magazine. Carroll is being honored for the fifth consecutive time, and Kemp is being honored for the second. 

John Scherrey, chief lending officer at Centennial Bank, has been elected to the board of Conway Corp.
