Julie Chambers has been promoted to CFO and senior vice president of government-guaranteed lending at First Service Bank of Greenbrier. She previously was SVP of government-guaranteed lending.

Dan Hosman (Farmers & Merchants Bank)

Dan Hosman has been appointed to the board of directors of Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart. He currently serves at Swift Ditch Farms Partnership.


The Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce has announced five directors. Steven Pratt, superintendent of the Harrison School District, will continue to serve on the board. New members of the board include Rhett Bramley, owner of Ozark Trailer Manufacturing & Sales; Karlea Newberry, Signature Bank market president; Blake Young, Wood Powersports managing partner and dealer principal; and Don Larimer, executive director of the Ron Hutchcraft Ministries on Eagles Wings Leadership Center.

Shannon Halijan has been hired as chief legal officer at the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority of Little Rock. Halijan is responsible for providing comprehensive legal counsel to the LRWRA and leads the utility’s legal, compliance and government relations functions. She previously was a deputy attorney general in the Arkansas attorney general’s office.

Rob Roedel has been promoted to senior director of corporate communications at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corp. and Arkansas Electric Cooperative Inc. of Little Rock. He has been with the cooperative since 2002.

Everett SenClair, network operations administrator at Conway Corp., has earned his Cisco CyberOps Association certification.


Lance West has been named controller of Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corp. of Little Rock. He previously was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Coulson Oil Co.


Lexicon Inc. of Little Rock has announced new promotions. Jason Rhea, who has been with the company for more than 40 years, has been promoted to divisional mechanical manager. He will oversee installation and precision alignment of process lines and heavy industrial equipment. Brad Roberts, who has been with the company for 15 years, has been promoted to vice president of field operations. He will oversee structural steel erection and mechanical equipment installation.

Mallory Ramsey has been hired as vice president of sales and marketing at Aromatique Inc. of Heber Springs. She previously served as brand manager for Curio Brands/Capri Blue.
