► $7.8M Contract value for Junkin Construction Co. of Roland to build a new mini storage project at 21720 Cantrell Road in west Little Rock.

► Crain Investments Ltd., led by Larry Crain Jr., sold the 2,200-SF Starbucks at 13820 David O. Dodd Road for more than $2.1 million.

Buyer? Two Los Angeles trusts: Dean G. Cecere IRR Trust and the Cecere Trust.

► David and Terry Wood acquired a 6,662-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Chenal Downs neighborhood from Michael and Carla Hilburn for nearly $1.9 million.

► Alex Dapron sold a 5,626-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood to Matthew Gray for $1.6 million.

► Lauren and Andrew Roller purchased a 4,705-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood for $1.2 million from Graham Smith Construction LLC.

► Kaye Chapman and the G. Duane Chapman Living Trust sold their 4,791-SF home on the southern outskirts of Roland to Cody and Katherine Beight for $1.1 million.
