Justin Webb ( Arkansas Scholarship Lottery)

Justin Webb has been promoted to director of security and compliance of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery of Little Rock. Webb joined ASL in 2012 as a lottery security specialist and has served as lottery security deputy director since 2021. In his new role, Webb will oversee lottery security matters, training in security and new lottery trends, the review of retailer applications for licensure, the coordination of comprehensive theft investigations and conducting inquiries into retailer and lottery complaints.


Cheryl Gittens and Faith McGown have been hired at the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock. Gittens will serve as senior director of learning programs and partnerships, and McGown will serve as director of development. Gittens will focus on developing inclusive and equitable programs and integrating principles from President Bill Clinton’s public service into the ongoing work of the Clinton Foundation. McGown will provide leadership and management of fundraising efforts to sustain and grow philanthropic support for the Clinton Center’s operations and programs. She will also manage the portfolio of individual and institutional donors.

Eric Eggburn ( Rainwater, Holt & Sexton)

Eric Eggburn has joined Rainwater Holt & Sexton of Little Rock as an associate attorney. Eggburn graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville and has experience in cases involving car wrecks, tractor-trailer accidents and suspicious insurance claim investigations.
