► Driven Brands Inc. of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold its 1,425-SF Take 5 Oil Change at 6907 JFK Blvd. in North Little Rock for more than $1.6 million to the Humason Trust of Newport Coast, California.

► William and Tracy Slabaugh purchased a 5,402-SF home in Little Rock’s Riverview Manor from Brita and Carter Rook for more than $1.1 million.

► 601 Carnahan LLC, led by Hank Kelley, Dave Grundfest and Ed Willis, sold its namesake address in Maumelle for more than $1 million.
