The sellers are Kanis Medical LLC, led by Dr. Richard Houk; Central Properties Inc., led by John Flake; and TWCS Properties LLC, led by Thomas Schmidt.
The deal is backed as part of a $216 million funding agreement with Capital One Bank of McLean, Virginia.
The 2.69-acre development was purchased for $7.5 million in October 2017 from Arkansas Neuro-Spine Center LLC, led by Dr. Alonzo Williams.
Broadmoor Buy
A 61,398-SF retail center in Little Rock tipped the scales at $3.5 million.
Mandani Holdings LLC, led by Sadiq Ali, acquired the Broadmoor Shopping Center at 2908 S. University Ave. and the 3,696-SF Centennial Bank branch at 2922 S. University Ave.
The sellers are BSC University LLC and JD&E Inc., both led by the John David Ensminger Trust. The deal is funded with a seven-year loan of $3.4 million from First Community Bank of Batesville.
The 7.39-acre development was bought for $3.2 million in October 2018 from Broadmoor Shopping Center LLC, led by William Kennedy III.
Multifamily Investment
A 14-unit apartment project in Little Rock rang up a $1.13 million sale.
Sangre Investments LLC of Tucson, Arizona, purchased the 7718 S St. project from Rock Capital Fund LLC of San Diego.
The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1 million from First Community Bank.
Rock Capital Fund acquired the 0.64-acre development for $900,000 in June 2021 from TMH Properties-S Street LLC, led by Rebecca Hammett.
Acreage Acquisition
A 150.55-acre tract in north Pulaski County changed hands in an $800,000 transaction. SweatEquity LLC, led by Robert and Darla Jones, bought the land near the northeast corner of Peters and East Republican roads.
The seller is Pet Rub Roads LLC, led by Byron McKimmey, Billy Morden and Eddie Joe Williams.
The Morden Revocable Trust provided a $300,000 mortgage to fund the deal.
The property was purchased in Sep-tember 2020 as part of a $642,291 deal with Central Arkansas Ranch & Timber Co. LLC, led by James Salmon.
Mobile Transaction
An 8.06-acre mobile home park sold for $650,000. Timberview MHC LLC, an affiliate of Saratoga Group Communities in Auburn, California, acquired the 2915 W. Dixon Road project from Timberview Estates MHC LLC of Shreveport.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $388,500 from Royal Business Bank of Los Angeles. The property was bought for $335,000 in July 2017 from Timberview Park LLC, led by Kevin Knight.

A 3,895-SF former bank branch in North Little Rock drew a $390,000 transaction. Posh Nails & Spa LLC, led by Vickie Nguyen, purchased the 3200 JFK Blvd. project.
The seller is Anchor Realty Investments LLC, led by Alan and Jessica Bubbus. The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $282,000 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
Anchor acquired the 0.55-acre development for $315,000 in February 2020 from Pontus Vault Portfolio II LLC of La Jolla, California.

The 0.78-acre development was purchased for $250,000 in July 2002 from the North Arkansas District Church of the Nazarene Inc., led by David Roland.

Perry & Perry Property Management LLC, led by Mark and Valerie Perry, acquired the space at 2 Crestview Plaza.
The seller is Jacksonville Medical Center Inc., led by Mayor Bob Johnson.
The deal is funded with a 10-year loan of $210,000 from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff. The project was bought in Septem-ber 1995 as part of a $1.15 million deal with WMFT Associates, led by Ron Fewell.
