First Community Bank of Batesville announced that Karen Savell has rejoined the bank as assistant vice president, loan support.
Savell brings more than 24 years of experience in the banking industry to the role. She spent the past 14 years with Citizens Bank of Batesville, according to her LinkedIn page.
“We are excited to welcome Karen back to our team,” Dwight Ford, executive vice president, chief lending officer at First Community Bank, said in a statement. “Her wealth of experience, dedication to customer service, and commitment to our community make her an invaluable asset to our organization.”
Savell attended Arkansas College, now known as Lyon College, from 1989 to 1991. She serves as a deacon at Barren Fork Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Mount Pleasant.
Savell is also a recent graduate of the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Batesville program.
