2 min read

KO Construction Management of Little Rock and O’Gary Industrial Group of North Little Rock announced Monday they have officially merged to form a new company, Keet O’Gary Construction of Little Rock.

“The Keets and O’Garys have always been dedicated to providing the highest level of quality in all aspects of a project, and this merger made perfect sense,” Gregory O’Gary, who will serve as president and CEO of the new company, said in a news release. “Our clients have already benefited from a ‘deeper bench’ of expertise and services, which we will now utilize on every project.”

Keet O’Gary Construction has 17 employees. It offers general contracting, design-build and construction management services. Specialties now include steel design and fabrication, erection and certified welding. Millwright services offered include highly specialized tradesmen thoroughly trained in all aspects of industrial construction, including plant maintenance, shutdown and turnaround work.

“This partnership significantly expands the array of work that we can do for our clients,” said Jim Keet, chairman of the board. “The proven quality of our work, innovation and expertise on complicated projects has brought many new clients to our company. We aren’t afraid to tackle complex, challenging projects – all while keeping quality and efficiency as top priorities.”

The companies have worked in five states and the new company will continue its previous national and international work.

“Every project, big or small, receives the same dedication and attention from our teams,” said Luke O’Gary, COO of Keet O’Gary Construction. “Our history of national and global work has prepared us for success on all stages and enables us to bring the highest level of expertise to each client.”

In addition, the Keet O’Gary Construction Commercial group recently completed the Keets family’s central Arkansas venue and restaurant Cypress Social in North Little Rock, which opened earlier this year.
